I finally ended up just creating another user profile and fixing the issue that way (which sucked but I was due a format / reinstall anyway so I went ahead and did that while I was at it). I told the guy in support this was the case and didn’t hear back from him because of the long weekend. The app would not stay unfrozen long enough for me to click on Help -> Reset Local Cache. This is a great tip for most things but there was one problem. Support didn’t help a lot and told me to go into the app and click Help -> Reset Local Cache. After not having any luck I even at one point tried App Zapper to see if it could find the settings folder … No Luck!Īfter not finding anything I had somewhat decided that the only thing to do was to contact support.
